Prolific Design Build & Restoration is a licensed Washington general contractor founded in 2020 by Richard Maldonado, headquartered on the Issaquah-Hobart corridor and serving all of King County. We do one hard thing well: restoration work where an insurance carrier sits between you and your own house.
Most contractors take the carrier's scope as given. We don't. Our estimators are Xactimate-licensed — we write scopes in the same software the adjuster uses, line item by line item, and we document everything: moisture logs, photos, drying records. When the carrier's number is short, the documentation does the arguing.
We work for the homeowner, not the carrier. That's the whole model.
