Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Prolific Design Build & Restoration, a brand operated by Level Up Consulting LLC (“Prolific,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website or communicate with us. Questions? Contact us at info@prolificdbr.com or (425) 800-4775.
What we collect. When you submit an estimate request or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, property address, and the details you provide about the work. We use this information to prepare your estimate, communicate with you, and coordinate the project.
What we don’t do. We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with marketing brokers. We don’t add you to lists you didn’t request.
Who we share with. For active projects only: subcontractors directly assigned to your project, your insurance carrier (if you’ve signed a DCRSPA for an insurance claim), and payment processors when you pay an invoice. Otherwise, no third parties.
How long we keep it. Active project records: indefinitely (we may need them for warranty work). Estimate requests that don’t convert: 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights. Email info@prolificdbr.com any time to request a copy of what we have, correct anything wrong, or delete your record (subject to active-project and tax-record obligations).
Text Messaging (SMS)
Consent is opt-in and separate. We only send text messages to people who have explicitly opted in — either by checking the SMS-consent box next to the phone field on our forms, or by giving verbal consent that we document in our records. SMS consent is never a condition of purchasing any product or service, and we do not add you to text messaging without your consent.
What we text about & how often. If you opt in, we send messages related to your estimate, price locks, appointment and walkthrough confirmations, and occasional service reminders. Message frequency varies based on your project; typically a few messages per request. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe (CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, and OPTOUT also work). Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (425) 800-4775. After you opt out, you’ll receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data described in this policy exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Cookies & advertising. With your consent (via our cookie banner), we use third-party analytics and advertising tools to measure our marketing and show you relevant ads: the Meta Pixel & Conversions API (Facebook/Instagram), Google Tag (Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads), and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. None of these load until you click “Accept” — click “Decline” and the site works exactly the same with no advertising trackers. These tools may receive the pages you view, actions you take, technical data (IP, browser, cookie IDs), and — only if you submit a form — a hashed (irreversible) version of your email/phone for ad matching. We never share your raw email or phone with advertising platforms, and mobile opt-in/SMS consent is never shared with them.
How to opt out of advertising. Click “Decline” on our cookie banner, or manage ads directly with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, or block cookies in your browser. We don’t sell your personal information.
