Estimates are estimates. Pricing shown on the site is for illustration. Your final price is locked at walkthrough, in writing, before any deposit binds you. Web-tool estimates may differ from the final scope based on conditions found onsite.

We are a contractor, not a public adjuster. When we handle insurance-claim work, we document scope and pricing as the licensed repair contractor. We are NOT acting as a public adjuster. The policyholder remains the decision-maker on all claim matters. See our DCRSPA for the formal terms of that relationship.

License. Prolific Design-Build & Restoration is licensed in Washington State as WA #PROLISN776L6. All work performed under that license.
