SMS Terms & Opt-In Disclosure

This page describes the text-messaging (SMS) program operated by Prolific Design Build & Restoration, a brand of Level Up Consulting LLC (“Prolific,” “we,” “us”), a licensed Washington contractor (WA #PROLISN776L6) serving King County, WA. It is provided for transparency and for carrier (A2P 10DLC) compliance verification.

Program description. Prolific sends transactional and service text messages to homeowners and customers who have opted in — for example, estimate confirmations, price-lock reminders, appointment and walkthrough confirmations, and occasional project or service reminders.

How you opt in. You opt in by (1) entering your mobile number and checking the SMS-consent checkbox shown next to the phone field on our estimate and contact forms, or (2) providing verbal consent to a Prolific representative, which we document in our records (including date and the representative’s name) consistent with Washington law (RCW 19.190). We do not text anyone who has not opted in. Providing consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message types. Estimate confirmations, AI price-lock and expiration reminders, appointment and walkthrough confirmations and reminders, project status updates, and occasional service reminders for past customers.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your request and project activity — typically a small number of messages per estimate or appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. We also honor CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, and OPTOUT. After you send one of these, we will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers (including wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy — we do not share your opt-in data. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
