Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you submit an estimate request we collect your name, phone, email, property address, and the details you provide about the work. We use this information to prepare your estimate and coordinate the project.

What we don't do. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with marketing brokers. We don't add you to email lists you didn't request.

Who we share with. For active projects only: subcontractors directly assigned to your project, your insurance carrier (if you've signed a DCRSPA for an insurance claim), and payment processors when you pay an invoice. Otherwise, no third parties.

How long we keep it. Active project records: indefinitely (we may need them for warranty work). Estimate requests that don't convert: 24 months, then deleted.

Your rights. Email info@prolificdbr.com any time to request a copy of what we have, correct anything wrong, or delete your record (subject to active-project and tax-record obligations).

Cookies & advertising. With your consent (via our cookie banner), we use third-party analytics and advertising tools to measure our marketing and show you relevant ads: the Meta Pixel & Conversions API (Facebook/Instagram), Google Tag (Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads), and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. None of these load until you click “Accept” — click “Decline” and the site works exactly the same with no advertising trackers. These tools may receive the pages you view, actions you take, technical data (IP, browser, cookie IDs), and — only if you submit a form — a hashed (irreversible) version of your email/phone for ad matching. We never share your raw email or phone with advertising platforms.

How to opt out. Click “Decline” on our cookie banner, or manage ads directly with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, or block cookies in your browser. We don’t sell your personal information.
